The 7710 Low Leak Emergency Relief Valve represents a significant breakthrough in environmental protection and carbon reduction efforts. Since its introduction in 2021, this innovative valve has achieved an ultra-low leakage index, setting new standards in the industry. When operating at set pressures ≤90%, the valve demonstrates remarkable leakage control, with rates as low as ≤0.0045m³/h for sizes ranging from 400mm to 600mm (DN400/DN600). This performance is particularly impressive when compared to the API2000 requirement of 0.566m³/h, representing a massive improvement in leakage prevention.
